Cookies Policy
How Sikwati uses essential cookies and similar storage technologies, and what choices you have.
This Cookies Policy explains how Sikwati uses cookies and similar storage technologies on the website and inside the application.
At the moment, Sikwati primarily uses cookies that are necessary for the service to function properly. We do not currently describe the product as relying on ad-tech or behavioral-marketing trackers by default.
Authentication and session cookies: used to keep you signed in securely and protect authenticated areas of the application.
Workspace selection cookie: used to remember the active workspace you last selected so the app reopens in the correct context.
Soft-launch / access-control cookie: when used by the operator of the deployment, this can remember an approved bypass for the geo-gate or early-access screen.
Security-related request state: cookies may also be used by the auth framework to protect login, logout, password reset, and other session-sensitive flows.
Theme and interface preferences may be stored so the product can remember choices like light or dark mode between visits.
If a cookie banner is shown, your consent choice may also be stored so we do not ask you again on every visit.
These preferences are used to improve usability, not for advertising or cross-site profiling.
Sikwati does not currently position its public site around third-party advertising cookies by default.
If a future deployment adds optional non-essential analytics, marketing, or remarketing tags, this page should be updated and any legally required consent flow should be enabled before those cookies are set.
Some integrated services you choose to use — such as PayPal for billing or Google for GA4/GSC OAuth — may set their own cookies as part of their own flows. Those cookies are governed by the third party's own policies, not by Sikwati alone.
If you follow external links or embedded flows from Sikwati to a third-party provider, that provider may collect data according to its own privacy and cookie practices.
You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies may break login, session continuity, workspace persistence, or other core product behavior.
If your jurisdiction requires opt-in consent for non-essential cookies and a future deployment adds those cookies, we will surface a consent mechanism before they are stored.
